Elijah is a UK based guitarist and composer who takes inspiration from the likes of Monuments, Polyphia, Intervals and Chon. He composes modern progressive metal and together with Mitchel Barlow they have an innovative approach that is helping Vanitas gain recognition in the progressive metal scene.

 

Elijah is the guitarist and songwriter for the prog-metal quintet Vanitas, who coined the term "cinedjent" to describe their unique blend of cinematic orchestral elements with djent. Since forming in 2022, the Birmingham 5-piece has quickly made its mark on the UK music scene with dynamic performances, supporting acts like Monuments, Voyager, Galactic Empire, and Destrage, and appearing at the Burn It Down Festival. Elijah is currently touring with Vanitas, promoting their latest EP, Chaos Theory.
